Try our FREE pre-recorded Yoga classes
These gentle classes were filmed during lockdown and are now free to watch on our YouTube channel. They’re short, soothing tasters to support you at home—covering menopause support (anxiety, sleep, rage, hot flushes), pregnancy yoga, gentle hatha, yoga with baby, and TTC/fertility.
Please practise at your own pace, use cushions/props for comfort, and skip anything that doesn’t feel right. If you’re pregnant or postnatal (especially after C-section/tearing) or have any health concerns, check with your GP or midwife before you begin.
