About Naomi inner element

Hi, I’m Naomi — a Jing Institute trained, Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, sound lover, mum of three - the face behind inner element.

For the last 18 years I’ve been helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and steadier in themselves. My work blends effective, hands-on techniques with the kind of calm, caring space that lets your whole system exhale.

More about me

I came to this work the way many people do — through my own busy seasons and wobbles. Yoga first gave me breathing room whilst growing a young family; massage and sound followed, and over time I shaped a way of practising that supports the whole person: body, mind, emotions and energy.

Now I specialise in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapy (and am working towards a degree level BTEC L6 with the prestigious Jing Institute). Sessions include a unique combination of advanced soft tissue skills including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, advanced stretching and Eastern acupressure and breath-led relaxation. We will set clear outcome goals together to help your chronic or acute pain — “turn my head without pain”, “sleep through the night”, “walk without hip ache” — then build a treatment plan that fits you.

Alongside clinical work, I hold a long-standing focus on women’s health: pregnancy and postnatal massage, C-section & abdominal scar therapy, womb & fertility massage, and Closing the Bones ceremonies. I also offer sound therapy — group sound baths and private sessions using crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, drum and voice — to settle the nervous system and invite deep rest. And am passionately interested in shamanic practices.

Whoever you are and whatever you’re carrying, you’re welcome here.

What to expect with me

  • Tailored, evidence-informed care – I treat your pattern, not a generic routine.

  • Whole-person approach – Pain, posture, breath, sleep and stressors all matter (BioPsychoSocial model).

  • Orthopaedic testing

  • Skilled techniques – Clinical/remedial, deep tissue and sports methods blended safely.

  • Simple selfcare/aftercare – Bite-size movements and lifestyle tips you’ll actually use.

Meet Orlando

Massage Therapist at inner element

“He sees with his hands!” said one of Orlando’s first clients after his initial training in Thai yoga massage. Since then, his approach has been informed by visits to East and West Africa and, more recently, studying Deep Tissue Massage at the prestigious Jing Institute in Brighton.

Offering a gentle listening touch with strength to address those more deep rooted and challenging issues, every-body is welcomed!

Orlando is available on Mondays and Wednesdays.
