Fertility & Preconception
Gentle abdominal/womb massage, rebozo rocking & wrapping, breath and relaxation to support your body, mind and cycle as you prepare to conceive—naturally or with ART. We’ll focus on the pelvic, reproductive and digestive areas to improve circulation, ease tension and calm the nervous system.
May help with: menstrual irregularities, painful/heavy periods, endometriosis/PCOS-related discomfort, digestive sluggishness/bloating, stress and sleep.
What to expect: nurturing hands-on abdominal and low-back work, pulsing, rebozo techniques, plus simple self-care between sessions (breath, rest positions, gentle self-massage).

Pregnancy Massage

A deeply relaxing, side-lying massage tailored to each trimester to ease common aches and support rest. Expect gentle rocking, soft-tissue work for back/hips/shoulders, safe aromatherapy if desired, plus soothing head/face/bump attention.
Benefits: reduced back/hip/neck tension, lighter legs and feet, better sleep, calmer mood and an overall sense of being held.

Postpartum Massage
Nourishing whole-body massage for the fourth trimester and beyond, tailored to your unique needs. Perfect for feeding shoulders, low-back tension and a tired nervous system. We blend soft-tissue techniques with rebozo rocking/wrapping to help you process birth and restore strength.
Helps: body recover after birth, postural strain from feeding/carrying, general soreness, overwhelm and sleep challenges.

Well Woman Massage
This beautiful bespoke massage experience will support your wellbeing on every level - body, mind and soul - on any particular day or time in your life.
We will focus on specific areas to relieve tension using hands-on soft tissue techniques - neck, back, shoulders and head - or the body as a whole. We can bring balance to the digestive system, wombspace and sacral area and gently ease stiffness in the hips and glutes - rocking with a rebozo Mexican cloth. We can wrap, bind and hold you, to soothe the nervous system, helping to process any anxiety or stress. The healing Tibetan Goddess singing bowl will be placed on you, so that the vibrations flow wherever they are needed, whilst you release and relax.
Great for everyday wellness and perimenopause/postmenopause symptoms.

Closing the Bones Ceremony
A traditional healing ritual using rebozo rocking, sifting, binding and warming abdominal/oil massage to “gather” the body after birth—or to honour any rite of passage. You’ll be cocooned in ceremonial shawls and invited into quiet, song, sound or guided rest.
When it helps: immediately postpartum (once clinically appropriate) or months/years later; also supportive after loss, weaning, hysterectomy, major life transitions or times of emotional change.
What to expect: 2 hours of focused care including intention-setting, massage, rebozo wraps and integration time with tea.
