1. Purpose of Service / Client Agreement

Massage, sound therapy, classes, courses, workshops, and retreats offered by Inner Element are provided for wellbeing - stress reduction, relief from muscular tension or spasm, or increased circulation.

Clients must understand that:

  • Therapists do not diagnose illness, disease, or any physical or mental disorder.
     

  • Therapists do not prescribe medical treatment or perform spinal manipulations.
     

  • Clients hold full responsibility for the treatment they receive.
     

 

2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Appointments, classes, and retreats can be booked online, by phone, or via email.
     

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure any appointment, class, or workshop place.
     

  • Places cannot be reserved until payment is made.
     

  • Payment may be taken online, via invoice, or over the phone, depending on how the booking is made.
     

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Massage, Sound, and Class Appointments

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
     

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee or can be rescheduled with no additional charge.
     

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
     

b) Courses, Workshops & Day Retreats

  • Full refunds are available only for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date, minus a 10% administrative fee.
     

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the start date may be refunded or transferred only if the place can be filled from the waiting list, minus a 10% administrative fee.
     

  • No refunds will be given for missed classes due to appointments, illness, or holidays; however, a recorded class may be provided where possible.
     

 

4. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

  • Clients must arrive on time for their appointment.
     

  • No-shows will result in the session being charged in full or deducted from any package.
     

  • Session times cannot be extended for late arrivals due to other appointments/scheduling.
     

 

5. Therapist Responsibilities & Limitations

  • Therapists will provide professional, safe, and effective treatments.
     

  • Therapists may change depending on availability or circumstances.
     

  • Personalized invoices for medical/insurance purposes are available.

 

6. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Maintain personal hygiene before attending appointments or classes.
     

  • Respect therapists and staff at all times.
     

  • Refrain from any inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances, inappropriate requests or other conduct that makes therapists or staff uncomfortable.
     

Consequences:

  • Any client engaging in inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave immediately.
     

  • Sessions will be forfeited without refund in these circumstances.

 

6. Membership Policy

  • All memberships have a minimum period of 4 months.
     

  • A 7-day notice period is required for membership cancellation prior to your payment date.
     

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the Cancellation Policy and will be charged at full rate.
     

  • Memberships cannot be shared with another user (except with AIR60/90 memberships).
     

  • Members must provide accurate personal and contact details.
     

  • All member data is stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018.
     

  • Monthly membership fees are collected via secure Direct Debit and continue month-to-month until cancelled.
     

 

7. Gift Voucher Policy

  • Gift vouchers are purchased online only; no hardcopy vouchers are provided.
     

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
     

  • Vouchers cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or exchanged.
     

  • Vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date, and codes will automatically become invalid.
