At inner element you’ll find small, welcoming classes that meet you exactly where you are. We keep things gentle, practical and soothing—so you leave feeling more at ease in your body and calmer in your mind. Pregnancy Yoga @ The Manor
Mondays • 7:15–8:45pm • 6-week block • £75
Suitable from 14 weeks to full term.
These nurturing 90-minute sessions are designed to support you throughout pregnancy—physically, emotionally and energetically. Expect gentle movement to ease common aches, breath practices for everyday calm and birth, positions for comfort and optimal fetal positioning, pelvic floor/core awareness, and a deeply restful relaxation to close.

What to bring: A yoga mat, two cushions and a cosy blanket. Wear comfy layers and bring water. (If you don’t have a mat/props, just let me know and I’ll sort you out.)
Who it’s for: All birthing people from 14 weeks until baby arrives. If you have any pregnancy complications, please check with your midwife/healthcare provider first.
