About the event
Are you pregnant and not quite sure what to do with your birthing ball?
In this is a fun experiential Yoga workshop exploring all things ball. We will experience -
how to use your ball safely,
incorporating it into your every day life
to ease backache and make you physically more comfortable,
to help baby get into a good position (optimal foetal positioning)
