Are you pregnant and not quite sure what to do with your birthing ball?

In this is a fun experiential Yoga workshop exploring all things ball. We will experience -

• how to use your ball safely,

• incorporating it into your every day life

• to ease backache and make you physically more comfortable,

• to help baby get into a good position (optimal foetal positioning)
