This soothing Pregnancy class was recorded in lockdown and is suitable for women after 14 weeks until full term, with no major physical issues (please read the attached document for pre-recorded classes).
It combines appropriate breathing techniques, movement, yoga postures, Mantras and relaxation - to soothe women who are feeling overwhelmed or suffering from anxiety.
Instructions
Please find a quiet space where you will not be interrupted - switch off the phone, tv, radio.
You will need a Yoga mat, cushions & blanket (use a large blanket on the carpet if you dont have a mat). Enjoy!
