About the event
A small friendly workshop to explore how different relaxation techniques can support the pregnant nervous system, helping to manage anxiety and stresses of modern pregnant life. In this practical Yoga workshop we go back to breath basics, learn some easy techniques for pregnancy, birth and beyond. There will be gentle movement, meditation and a gentle sound bath to end.
