All equipment is provided - mats, blankets and bolsters (but feel free to bring more if you wish)
During this beautiful pre-Christmas relaxing sonic journey we will create some seasonal ritual in our lives as we come back to the self. Lie down, bathe in the deeply therapeutic and delightful sacred sound vibrations of various sacred instruments and harmonius voice, that help to promote healing, happiness and vitality.
The different frequencies activate the Sympathetic Nervous System - the Relaxation, Rest & Repair Response - and a plethora of positive physical, mental, emotional & energetic health benefits as well as a sense of community as we share tea & festive nibbles together.
